Terms & Conditions — fair, simple,honest.

1. The service

Global Quran Teaching Academy ("the academy", "we") provides one-to-one online Quran and Islamic studies classes, and on-campus programs at Noorulquran Islamic center for Quran memorization (مدرسة نورالقران لتحفيظ القرآن) in Peshawar. Enrolment is per student. For students under 18, the enrolling parent or guardian accepts these terms on their behalf.

2. Free trial

The trial consists of three classes at no charge, with no payment details collected. Either side may end the relationship during or after the trial without obligation. The trial teacher's level assessment and course recommendation are advisory — you choose what to enrol in.

3. Fees

Fees are payable monthly in advance, per student, according to the plan chosen (see Fee Plans). The academy gives at least one month's written notice before any fee change. Family discounts apply as published. Fees do not carry over between months except where classes were missed by the academy's fault, which are made up or credited.

4. Scheduling, cancellations, and make-ups

Class slots are fixed weekly appointments. Classes cancelled by the family with notice (at least 4 hours before class) are rescheduled within the same week or the following week at no cost. Classes missed without notice are counted as delivered — the teacher held the slot. Classes cancelled by the academy or lost to a teacher's absence are always made up or credited, without the family needing to ask.

5. Conduct

We commit to teachers who are qualified, punctual, and unfailingly respectful to students. In return we ask for a student who attends on time in a reasonably quiet setting, and for respectful conduct toward teachers. The academy may end an enrolment (with a pro-rata refund of the unused month) where classes cannot be conducted respectfully in either direction.

6. Pausing and ending enrolment

Enrolment may be paused for up to two months by messaging us before the pause begins; we hold the teacher's slot where practical. Ending enrolment requires only a message — fees stop from the next unpaid month. We do not bind families with notice periods or cancellation fees.

7. Certificates and Ijazah

Completion certificates are issued after verification by a second teacher. The Ijazah program's standards are set by the granting teacher and are not negotiable or purchasable; enrolment in the program does not guarantee certification.

8. Intellectual property

Course outlines, PDFs, and teaching materials provided to enrolled families are for that family's personal use. Please do not republish or resell them.

9. Liability

We take our duty of care in teaching seriously, and nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. The academy is not liable for interruptions caused by circumstances outside its control — internet outages, platform failures, or events of force majeure — though missed classes in such cases are rescheduled as described above.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms with at least one month's notice on this page and by message to enrolled families. Continued enrolment after the notice period constitutes acceptance.
