What is the fastest way to reach you?

What should I include in a first message about classes?
The student’s age, what they want to learn (or "not sure" — the trial assessment exists for that), your country and timezone, preferred class times, and whether you would like a male or female teacher. Those five things usually let us propose a trial slot in one reply.
Can I speak to someone before booking the trial?
Yes. Ask for a call on WhatsApp and a staff member — not a sales script — will phone you. Parents with safeguarding or scheduling questions often prefer this, and we are happy to do it.
How do I arrange a visit to the madrassa in Peshawar?
Message us a day ahead so a senior teacher is free to receive you during teaching hours. You can watch a class running and ask anything you like.
