What we collect

When you book a trial or enrol, we collect what the service needs and nothing exploratory: the student's name and age, a parent or guardian's name for minors, contact details (phone/WhatsApp and email), timezone and country, course interests, and scheduling preferences. During teaching we additionally keep a progress register — lessons covered, assessment notes, attendance.

Payment records are kept for accounting. We do not collect payment card details on this website; transfers happen through your bank or transfer service.

How we use it

- To schedule and run classes, and send class links and reminders on WhatsApp or email. - To keep and share progress records with the student's own family. - To contact you about your enrolment — schedule changes, fee reminders, teacher messages. - To improve teaching through internal supervision of classes.

We do not sell personal information, share it with advertisers, or use it for any purpose a parent would find surprising. Marketing messages beyond our own academy updates are not sent, and academy updates stop when you ask.

Children

Most of our students are children, and we treat that as a design constraint, not a complication. Accounts are held by parents or guardians; all communication about a child goes to the parent's contacts; teachers communicate with families only through academy channels; and any photograph or recording of a child is published only with the family's explicit written consent, which can be withdrawn at any time.

Classes and recordings

Live classes are not recorded by default. Where a recording is useful — a recitation assessment, an Ijazah examination — it is made with the family's knowledge, stored privately, and used only for that purpose.

Storage and security

Personal data is held in the academy's administrative systems with access limited to staff who need it for their role. Progress registers are visible to the student's teacher and academic supervisors. [Hosting and data-location details to be confirmed and published before launch.]

Your rights

Ask us at any time to see the information we hold about your family, correct it, or delete it (subject to legal record-keeping for payments). Requests go to info@onlinequran.pk and are answered by a person.

Analytics and cookies

This website uses privacy-respecting analytics without cross-site tracking cookies. The contact and admission forms use Cloudflare Turnstile for spam protection, which processes technical browser signals for that purpose alone.
